A. Ulfenbo Mattress Warranty Terms & Conditions (excluding Smart Kid Super Slim Mattress)

  1. The 15-year warranty takes effect from the goods delivery date marked on the Delivery Note/ Invoice
  2. To enjoy this warranty service, customer should scan QR Code to complete online warranty registration or mail back hardcopy of the completed warranty registration form to our company within 14 days of delivery. You may contact our hotline at 2156 8866 or email to inquiry@ulfenbo.com.hk for receiving hardcopy of warranty registration form.
  3. Customer must keep the original invoice and present it to our staff for verification upon provision of the service.
  4. The warranty is only applicable to the structure of the mattress’ coil system, and does not extend to the pad, outer cover or any other parts.
  5. The warranty does not cover:
    .Misuse of the goods (Please refer to the section of “Caring Tips” – “”Mattress Maintenance and Care” in our website www.ulfenbo.com.hk/en/)
    .Willful damage
    .Normal wear and tear
    .Problems caused by natural environment
    .Damage due to repair by unauthorized person
    .Personal preferences and requirements e.g. comfort and odor

  6. Under the 15-year warranty, the goods can be repaired or replaced without charges for the first 2 years. Inspection will be arranged (free inspection during the first year, with inspection fee to be charged from the beginning of the 2nd year according to the then prevailing price list. Such inspection fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the inspection.) and our company shall decide whether to repair or replace the mattress. Customer needs to bear the delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list).
    After the first 2 years, a fee will be charged for the repair or replacement. Inspection will also be arranged (inspection fee will be charged according to the then prevailing price list) and our company shall decide whether to repair or replace the mattress. Repair fee and spare part cost shall be charged according to our company’s quotation. If replacement of the entire mattress is required, the replacement will be charged at the rate of 6.66% (one over fifteen) of our company’s then prevailing price of the same model of mattress multiplied by the number of years of purchase. Customer needs to bear the delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list).
  7. If our company decides to replace the mattress but the relevant model of mattress to be replaced is out of stock or discontinued, our company reserves the right to replace it by another similar model (our company’s decision shall be final), and the replacement fee shall be calculated by reference to our company’s then prevailing price of such similar model using the same formula set out above.
  8. This warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Extra inspection fee and delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list) will be charged for Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, inaccessible areas or any locations far away from car park or without lift service.
  9. Our company reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

B. Smart Kid Super Slim Mattress 3-year Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. The 3-year warranty takes effect from the goods delivery date marked on the Delivery Note/ Invoice
  2. To enjoy this warranty service, customer should scan QR Code to complete online warranty registration or mail back hardcopy of the completed warranty registration form to our company within 14 days of delivery.   3. Customer must keep the original invoice and present it to our staff for verification upon provision of the service.

Inspection will be arranged (free inspection during the first 3-month, with inspection fee to be charged from the beginning of the fourth month according to the then prevailing price list. Such inspection fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the inspection.) and our company shall decide whether to repair or replace the mattress. Customer needs to bear the delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list).
    After the first 5 months, a fee will be charged for the repair or replacement. Inspection will also be arranged (inspection fee will be charged according to the then prevailing price list) and our company shall decide whether to repair or replace the mattress. Repair fee and spare part cost shall be charged according to our company’s quotation. If replacement of the entire mattress is required, the replacement will be charged at the rate of 33.33% (one over three) of our company’s then prevailing price of the same model of mattress multiplied by the number of years of purchase. Customer needs to bear the delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list).
  7. If our company decides to replace the mattress but the relevant model of mattress to be replaced is out of stock or discontinued, our company reserves the right to replace it by another similar model (our company’s decision shall be final), and the replacement fee shall be calculated by reference to our company’s then prevailing price of such similar model using the same formula set out above.

Mattress Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance is the key to extend the life of your mattress. Follow the instructions below to give your mattress the best care:

  1. To minimize indentation and enhance the comfort and support level, rotate the mattress end to end and upside down every 2 to 3 months excluding the mattress with Pillow top or Euro top, Smart Kids Super Slim mattress.
  2. Avoid using the mattress on wire mesh or any foundation with weak support, Mattress with individual Pocketed Coils cannot be used on slatted bed frame.
  3. Do not stand or jump on the mattress, sit on the edge, or allow heavy pressure on any particular area of the mattress as it may cause damage to the pad and the spring coils.
  4. Do not iron clothes or place any heat source on mattress to prevent damage.
  5. Avoid using corrosive agents to clean the mattress.
  6. Always place a bed sheet and mattress cover on top.
  7. Keep it dry to extend the life of a mattress.
  8. Keep away from the floor to affect the quality of the mattress.
  9. Regularly rotate your mattress can reduce normal body impression on upholstery less than 2.54cm.

C. Adjustable Bed & Spring Mattress 3-year Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. The 3-year warranty takes effect from the goods delivery date marked on the Delivery Note/ Invoice.
  2. To enjoy this warranty service, customer should scan QR Code to complete online warranty registration or mail back hardcopy of the completed warranty registration form to our company within 14 days of delivery.   3. Customer must keep the original invoice and present it to our staff for verification upon provision of the service.
  4. The warranty is only applicable to the electric motor of adjustable bed and the structure of the mattress’ coil system, and does not extend to the frame, headboard, pad, fabric, outer cover or any other parts.
  5. The warranty does not cover:

    .Willful damage
    .Normal wear and tear (dent around 2.5cm is accepted)

If our company decides to replace the goods but the relevant model of goods to be replaced is out of stock or discontinued, our company reserves the right to replace it by another similar model (our company’s decision shall be final), and the replacement fee shall be calculated by reference to our company’s then prevailing price of such similar model using the same formula set out above.

3 Do not manipulate or conduct electrical operations or maintenance on the motors or any part of the adjustable bed. All work must be facilitated by a qualified person.
4 Infants and children have to be accompanied and attended by an adult when they use or are in the vicinity of the adjustable bed

D. Ulfenbo Recliner Sofa 3-year Warranty Terms & Conditions

  4. The warranty does not cover:

    .Willful damage
    .Normal wear and tear

  5. Under the 3-year warranty, inspection of the sofa can be arranged. Free inspection shall be provided during the first year, with inspection fee to be charged from the 2nd year onwards according to the then prevailing price list. The inspection fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the inspection. Customer needs to bear the delivery cost of the sofa, if required to and from our company, according to the then prevailing price list. During the first year of the 3-year warranty, the metal elastic hinges of recliner can be repaired or replaced without charges (other than delivery cost, if required.
    From the 2nd year onwards, a fee will be charged for the repair or replacement of spare parts. Inspection shall be arranged with charges (according to the then prevailing price list).
  6. This warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Extra inspection fee and delivery cost (according to the then prevailing price list) will be charged for Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Outlying islands, inaccessible areas or any locations far away from car park or without lift service.
  7. Our company reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

Leather Sofa maintenance and Care

  1. Keep you leather sofa at least 2 feet away from any heat source e.g. heater, stove, etc.
  2. Avoid placing your leather sofa in direct sunlight, since the sunlight will dehydrate the sofa and speed up the aging process.
  3. Simply use a semi-wet soft cloth to clean your sofa every week.
  4. To remove food and beverage stains, just wipe gently by using a damp cloth with diluted mild detergent such as liquid hand soap and then dry it immediately.
  5. To remove stubborn stains such as ink mark grease, blood and chewing gum, you may clean with professional leather cleaning agent.
  6. Do not stand and jump on the sofa or allow any heavy pressure on the metal elastic hinges of recliner.
  7. Beat and smooth the seat pad regularly to retain the original shape and supportiveness.
  8. Sit on the different seats evenly
  9. Color variance and natural scar marks could be found on the surface of the sofa.
  10. Slightly crease caused by stitching the leather is acceptable.
  11. Smooth the wrinkle by beating the surface of the sofa caused by the protection of the sofa during the transportation

Electrical or Manual Recliner sofa user guide and caring tips

  1. Avoid placing anything beneath the metal frame of the recliner. It may cause damage to the parts.
  2. Keep an eye in your children and pets while activating the reclining mechanism to avoid trapping any body part.
  3. Please do not press more than one button at a time to avoid mechanical failure.
  4. When activating the reclining mechanism, sit as far back as possible in the chair so that the body weight is behind the mid-point of the chair.
  5. Don’t sit or stand on the armrest, backrest or the raised footrest; don’t get on or off a sofa while the footrest is raised to avoid overloading and cause damage to the structure.
  6. It is normal for sound to be generated while the reclining mechanism is in operation.
  7. Uneven height and gap may occur between the different modules of the headrest, backrest and the seat cushions.
